Kar Češ Brass Band playing Brooklyn, originally from Youngblood Brass Band. Recorded in Idrija, Slovenia on 9th July 2009, by Zdravko Kobal and Ivan Menart, Sound by Edi Božič. This year this band is celebrating their 10 years. This was the concert for JSKD Idrija "Četrtki na placu". Piece written by Nat Mcintosh. Enjoy!

Blistering “Brass and Reed Band” from Cerkno is being active for ten years. They have built a wide repertoire, firstly reinterpreting also Balkan music, but lately concentrating solely to the hot New Orleans groove, as played by Dirty Dozen Brass Band or Rebirth Brass Band. Kar Češ Brass Band (literary meaning " whatever you want brass band " ), that also played at this year Druga godba festival, have prepared a special celebration of its tenth birthday. Its firework-like explosive sound will be boosted even more by a string of numerous guest musicians.
