Regular jogging for musicians!

Every brass/wood wind player should run as often as possible! For example, if I don't feel good for playing my tuba (weak, lazy...), I simply go running (upwards if possible) for minimal 20 minutes. When I come back to my tuba, I can notice incomparable difference. Tone is much richer, legato playing is great, every fast note is played well...
I suggest this to everyone, who wants to play better!
